While pretty much everywhere else in the UK has been baking itself crisp under a dry heatwave this summer, here in the North of Scotland we’ve still had about 90% of our usual summer rainfall and are experiencing pretty standard temperatures for this time of year… 🙂

We spent a night in Nairn during our Scotland honeymoon; it was cold and drizzly (October) so we didn’t go down to the beach. The town itself was delightful.
