Yellow Rose with Shadows for Cee

Here on WordPress bloggers often come and go, but some touch us in a particular way that transcends time and place, and Cee Neuner was one of those special people.

For many of us, Cee’s many photography challenges were an ‘in’ to sharing our photographs with the world, whether we preferred to take part in Cee’s Flower of the Day, Cee’s Which Way Challenge, Cee’s Black and White Challenge, Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge, or all of the above.

Sadly Cee passed away earlier this year, but her challenges live on in many of us – in particular for me Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge has been taken over by Dan Antion of No Facilities, and happily Dan has retained the original challenge name – I still like to join in whenever I can.

Today would have been Cee’s 65th birthday, so here is a shadowy yellow rose ‘Flower of the Day’ pic posted in her memory. I’ve made it square to fit in with her good friend Becky’s squares challenge, which I hope Cee would approve of… the more blogging connections made the merrier!

Rest in peace, Cee, we all miss you so much, sending much love to Chris ❤

PS I’d also like to wish a very happy birthday to Dan, who shares a birthday with Cee! 🙂
